After over fifteen years in the financial industry Rob wanted to expand his areas of expertise. Excellent customer service has always been a strong point for him & insurance was the natural fit. His vision is a local agency that offers exceptional integrity. Always offering the client cost effective insurance with personal customized touch. To Rob you’re not just another file, you’re an extension of the Robinson & Associates family. When not at the office Rob is busy in the community. He coaches Glynn Academy Golf & Middle School Basketball in his spare time.

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Jennie moved to The Golden Isles in 2005. She brings a certain Southern Charm to the insurance industry-that’s why her voice is probably the first thing you’ll hear when you call our office.

After 8 years in the hospitality industry, Jennie decided to try her hand at insurance and has become quite an asset to the Agency. She is a licenced agent as well as the office manager here at Robinson & Associates. She loves to help our clients with all of their insurance requests, especially helping them to make the best decisions to fit their needs.

After developing a successful business on St. Simons Island, Shannon Biddle decided to expand her career into the insurance industry. She accepted a position with Robinson & Associates as an independent insurance agent where she represents many different companies. She is able to place your insurance with the company that will best suit your needs, giving you more coverage for your money.

Prior to starting her business and the insurance industry, Shannon earned degrees ranging from a B.S. in Cognitive, Behavioral and Physical Disabilities to an Ed., S in Administrative Leadership. She educated young adults with exceptionalities for seven years until becoming a stay at home mom to her two boys.

Shannon enjoys traveling and spending her spare time with her family. When not in the office or with family she can be found paddle boarding or enjoying a run.
